Do my vendors have to sign up for anything?
No. Vendors keep emailing, texting and calling you the way they do now. You forward or paste it in, and the record updates. Confirmation texts come from your name, and vendors simply reply.
How can you read my emails and texts?
We never log in to your inbox or your phone. Each wedding gets its own forwarding address, so you forward a vendor email there and it gets read and filed. For a text, copy the conversation and paste it into that vendor's page. Only what you choose to send in is ever read. The one exception is replies to the confirmation texts you approve, which come straight back into the vendor's record.
Does it record my phone calls?
No. If you record a call on your own phone or another app, you can upload the recording or paste the transcript and it fills in the details. You confirm the vendor knew the call was recorded, since some states require everyone on the call to agree. Or just record a quick voice memo after you hang up.
What if the AI gets a number wrong?
Every detail links back to the exact line of the email, text or transcript it came from, so you can check it in one click. Anything the AI isn't sure about waits in a review queue for your OK before it touches the record.
Will automated texts annoy my vendors?
Nothing goes out without your approval. Texts are short, come from your name, ask for a simple YES or a change, and vendors can opt out any time. Most planners already send these by hand at two weeks and one week out.
How hard is it to switch from my current software?
Export your guest lists, budgets, checklists and timelines (PDFs included) and drop them in. Forward old vendor threads to rebuild vendor records. Your first wedding runs free, and founding planners get hands-on help moving live weddings.
What counts as an active wedding?
A wedding is active from the day its contract is signed until 30 days after the wedding date. Leads and proposals never count. If you go over your plan's limit, you move up a plan at your next bill. You are never locked out of adding a wedding.
Why does it cost a little more than other planner software?
Because it does the typing. Every plan includes the AI that reads vendor emails, texts and calls, plus confirmation texts, which no other planner suite offers. If it doesn't save you more than the difference in your first month, cancel.
Is my clients' information safe?
Couples only see their own wedding. Payments run through Stripe, so card details never touch our servers, and the system gets an outside security test before payments and contracts go live. You can export or delete your data any time.
